MARCO (ALTAMISA) leaves (Ambrosia peruviana Willd. Herba) -  food supplement.

Annual herb growing in shrubs growing into the height of several meters. Its inflorescences are arranged in top spikes. Its herbal aroma cannot be missed. In the traditional low-altitude ethno-medicine of the Peruvian Andes, it has been used for generations. Among others, it was also used for the balsamification of the bodies of the deceased (eg Chachapoyo culture).

Use for infusion:

Pour hot (about 80°C) water over 5g of the herb. Let it stand for about 15 minutes, then drain and slowly sip 3dcl 3 times a day. The drink can be sweetened with bee honey to achieve a better taste.
