MANAYUPA leaves (Desmodium adscendens Sw. Herba) - food supplement.
Small herb with beautiful pink blossoms, which mostly grows in mountain valleys. The herb has been used in the traditional Andean region's ethno-medicine for centuries. Its name, Manayupa, comes from the original Rune manayupana in the quechua language and literally means "one cannot quantify the beneficial effects", which speaks for itself. It deserves an important position in the traditional ethnomedicine. It, among other benefits, supports good liver function.

Use for infusion:
Pour hot (about 80°C) water over 5g of the herb. Let it stand for about 15 minutes, then drain and slowly sip 3dcl 3 times a day. The drink can be sweetened with bee honey to achieve a better taste.
