The processing of personal data is governed by Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on personal data protection, ev. Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, as amended, and other legal regulations. The processing of personal data is performed by the seller in a secure manner both automatically and manually. Operator does not process personal data of the buyers other than for lawful purposes, or for purposes for which the buyer has given their consent. The data is processed only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes above and also only for the time necessary for the achievement of the stated purposes, but no longer than for the period stipulated by the relevant legal regulations or in accordance with them.
The personal information is provided by the buyer to the seller voluntarily (however, for some services the transfer of some personal data is required to access the service, as well). Every data subject shall have the right to access the personal data and the right to rectify the personal data.
Any data subject who discovers or considers that the controller or processor is processing ther personal data against the law - which is a violation of the privacy protection of the personal life of the data subject - in particular if the personal data are inaccurate for the purpose of their processing, may a) ask the controller or processor for explanation, b) require the controller or processor to remedy the situation. This may include blocking, correcting, supplementing or destroying personal data. If the data subject's request is found justifiable, the controller or processor shall immediately remedy the defective condition.
If the controller or processor does not comply with the data subject's request, the data subject shall have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly. If the processing of personal data of the data subject results in other than property damage, a special law shall be applied in asserting their claim. By submitting information about their e-mail address, the buyer grants the seller consent to receive commercial communications from the seller by electronic means, unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular service. In the event of a breach of the seller's obligations pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., The buyer has the right, in accordance with Section 21 of the Act, to require the operator to explain and demand that the unlawful situation be remedied.
By sending an order, the Buyer confirms without reservation their agreement with the General Terms and Conditions, with the processing of personal data in accordance with point VI.
