CHANCA PIEDRA leaves (Phyllanthus niruri L. Herba) - food supplement.

A cosmopolitan herb, of which we can find more ecotypes - from small stems those growing 60 cm in length. It’s situated in the Peruvian Amazon. It’s been traditionally used in indigenous ethnomedicine for centuries. That is evidenced by its name Chancapiedra, which in Spanish means "breaker, stone crusher". Thanks to the unique composition of its ingredients it contributes to normal functioning of the urinary system.

Use for infusion:

Pour hot (about 80°C) water over 5g of the herb. Let it stand for about 15 minutes, then drain and slowly sip 3dcl 3 times a day. The drink can be sweetened with bee honey to achieve a better taste.
