CANCHALAGUA leaves (Schkuria pinnata Lam. Kuntze Herba) - food supplement.
This tiny inconspicuous herb originated in South American Andes. It looks rather dry and unobtrusive. Its blossoms are yellow and small, yet, the herb blooms richly. It is generally found on slopes, hillsides, in thickets and near farmsteads. In addition to its traditional use in the South American ethnomedicine, thanks to its characteristic branching, it is also known as the 'hierba de escoba', - a broom. Therefore, the natives use it to sweep with.

Use for infusion:
Pour hot (about 80°C) water over 5g of the herb. Let it stand for about 15 minutes, then drain and slowly sip 3dcl 3 times a day. The drink can be sweetened with bee honey to achieve a better taste.
